Just a short post today…
Okay, I haven’t posted anything for a couple of weeks because I have been working on my new training program on how to beat stress in your life.
It’s called ‘Ice My Stress’ and covers everything you need to do to ICE (Identify, Control and Eliminate) stress in your life.
It is an audio course which you can listen to on your way to work or when you go for a walk or run, or just when you have a spare 15 minutes.
It’s in small bite-sized chunks to help you deal with stress effectively. I didn’t think adding the requirement to read a 300 page book would help people who are already stressed by their busy life!
Anyway, I will be back next week with more details about this program. The launch date is set for the 20th August.
Today, I’d love to hear how stress affects you. Please can you take a moment to answer these two questions:
What causes you stress?
What symptoms do you suffer when you are stressed?
I’m also looking for a limited number of people who can have this program for FREE before it’s released in exchange for their honest feedback (so I could use it as a testimonial). You would simply need to be able to spare some time (about 45 minutes) to listen to the training and then give me your honest opinion about it (good or bad) and the training program would be yours to keep.
